Make me unclickable

I used to be unclickable on Facebook. My privacy settings were such that nobody could see my profile except my friends. Nobody could add me as a friend, and my name showed up in gray for anyone not on my friends list. Now, suddenly, under the setting for "Who can add me as a friend?" my only two options are "friends of friends" and "everyone." I know this because I've gotten friend requests from a couple of random people and it's annoying. Is there any way I can become unclickable again?

You say that Facebook is only giving you those two options. Does the pull-down list not include "Custom"? Because it should. If it doesn't, you should write to them. Good luck.

I think you need to get somewhat crafty here.

Go into Settings, and for "Who can me as a friend" I think you can click No One- then no one can add you. My friend does this.

For your profile pic-- you may need to go in and delete it and then just not select a new one. I have been trying to do this, because for what I do for work I try to maintain more privacy (in case clients decide to look me up, which they sometimes do and then friend me, which I ignore).

That's the problem, Miranda, "Nobody" isn't an option! And it was in the past!
