depends on what issue you are dealing with. if it's stomach problems, eat greasy food.

If its a headache I vote water and sleep, they are the only things that work for me. However, make sure to eat food too since sometimes too much water after a night of drinking makes me just as queasy.

Multi vitamin, advil (or whatever works for you), and about a nalgene's worth of water. If your stomach's not well, eat something bland and starchy, like fries, pasta with butter, or mashed potatoes. If it's your head, get some soda.

A big mac, fries, and a sugary coke. Works every time.

If you're nauseated: Bacon & eggs, B vitamins, coffee, lots of water, and limit the starches (because it just turns to sugar in your system, just like alcohol, which is how you ended up hung over in the first place).

For the nausea and headache, rehydration salts if you've got'em, water if not, plus lots of sleep. Topped up with some nice greasy food (i like homefries and fried mushrooms and scrambled eggs with OJ, or huevos rancheros)

I'm a big fan of chips/fries and a regular Coke for nausea. Otherwise, water, G2, and exercise.
